Connections Center: Meeting Rooms Reservation Request

Discover a space where meaningful connections flourish and transformative conversations take place. Our thoughtfully designed meeting spaces are available to support your important work in the Snohomish County dependency court system.

Meeting Room #1 - The Cove:

A dynamic space perfect for Family Team Decision Making Meetings, Shared Planning Meetings, case staffings, and small training sessions
State-of-the-art technology featuring a large display monitor and Meeting Owl for seamless virtual or hybrid meetings
Spacious conference setup comfortably accommodating up to eight (8) participants

Meeting Room #2 - The Den:

An intimate setting ideal for case staffings with dependency stakeholders
Comfortable seating for up to five (5) participants

Reservation Information:

Available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Book in one-hour increments
Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance
For same-day cancellations or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible
Repeated no-shows may affect future reservation privileges
