CASA Wonder Room Adventure Request
Adventure Request Information: Choose from two booking options
Option 1 - Wonder Room Adventure: Full access to the Wonder Room sensory space, wellness area, quiet room, and diaper station.
- The Wonder Room is designed to comfortably support up to 4 people engaging with the sensory equipment
- Due to space and safety considerations, the absolute maximum capacity is 6 people. Groups of 5-6 should note that the space may feel crowded and some equipment usage may need to be coordinated among family members
- For families larger than 6 people, we regret that we cannot accommodate the entire family in a single session
- The room's capacity limit of 6 people must be strictly observed to maintain safety and protect the equipment
- Each family has private use of the space during their scheduled time to ensure a peaceful, comfortable experience
Option 2 - Quiet Room Booking: A calm, designated space suitable for up to 2 adults and an infant 18 months or younger. Please note this reservation may occur alongside another family's Wonder Room Adventure session.
- Maximum capacity is 2 adults and 1 infant (18 months or younger)
- Access is limited to the quiet room and diaper station only
For both booking options:
- Upon completion of this form, a member of our staff will confirm your adventure request within one business day
- You may select a one to four-hour time block per reservation
- CASA staff will be present to ensure proper equipment operation and support your experience
The Wonder Room and Quiet Room are available for:
- Children and families served by CASA
- Dependency court participants with court-ordered Family Time visits
- Visitation Providers and clients
8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday - Thursday

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations whenever possible

- After three no-shows without notification within a 30-day period, we will reach out to discuss any barriers to accessing the space and work together to find solutions
- Reservations may be temporarily placed on hold if repeated no-shows occur without communication, but we are committed to working with families to restore access and address any challenges
- If your desired timeslot is not available, please submit a request to be added to a waiting list, and a member of our staff will contact you if the time becomes available
